The Frieso live in the flat, plentiful plains near the sea. Their choice has rewarded them with unending acres of farmland, lush forests, tasty fruits to gather, and schools of fish to catch. The Freiso start out with the Forestry tech.

- Mountain: Similar to Hoodrick (not very common)
- Cities: Celtic houses (on a mound)
- Helmet: Red hair
